Apparently they did all the singing live on set when they were filming…which is very brave of them but I’m not sure it does the songs (or singers) justice.

the only reason i’m not looking forward to the movie is because i don’t want les mis to become too mainstream. i know i sound like a hipster, but i think the love people share for the brick and the musical is amazing, and when the movie comes out i feel like it will be over-popular, and the fandom will not be as great.
